If CodeBreak doesn't work as described — or you just don't like it — email support.codebreak@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions required, though we'll ask if you're open to sharing what went wrong so we can fix it.
How to request a refund
- Email support.codebreak@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund"
- Include the email address used for your purchase
- We'll process it within 1–2 business days
Refunds are issued via Dodo Payments and returned to your original payment method. Processing time is usually 3–7 business days depending on your bank. Your receipt or bank statement may show Dodo Payments (or DODOPAY).
After a refund
Your license key will be deactivated. The app will continue to run until next launch, at which point activation will fail. Please delete CodeBreak from your Applications folder.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or continued use of the software after a refund. This is a $7 app and we trust you to be reasonable.
Technical issues
Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, please email us — most problems are fixable. We'll prioritise any issue that's preventing CodeBreak from working and push a fix as quickly as possible. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you without hesitation.
